Regional Presence

For institutions that provide funding

The Funding Room

The Funding Room is where Meridian works with banks, private credit funds, family offices, private equity firms and other institutions that provide funding across India, the Gulf and Singapore. Meridian is selective about these relationships, and brings a matter to an institution only after it has been independently examined.

When Meridian brings a matter to your desk, it has already been examined, and it fits your mandate.

How Meridian works

How Meridian works with funding institutions

Structure comes first

Every matter is thoroughly examined through the Situation Room before funding is ever discussed. What reaches you is already structurally sound.

Nothing is broadcast

Meridian does not circulate deals or send teasers. A matter is shown to one institution when it fits, and to no one when it does not.

Mandate before contact

Meridian brings a matter to you because it matches what you fund, not because you are on a list.

Independent structuring

Meridian examines and structures each matter independently. Meridian itself does not provide funding.

Discretion

Your participation stays private

Meridian does not publish the names of the institutions it works with, and does not announce relationships. Being known to Meridian is itself private. What you fund, what you decline, and that you are in relationship with Meridian at all, stays between us.

Introduce your institution

Begin a relationship

If your institution provides funding across the corridor and you would value seeing matters that have already been examined and that fit what you fund, introduce yourself to Meridian. A first message need not be formal. Tell us who you are and what you fund.
